Privacy Policy
What personal data Fabriscope processes, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible
Informacijske storitve, Žan Tavčar s.p., Orlek 5A, 6210 Sežana, Slovenia (“we”) is the controller of the data about the people who use Fabriscope's accounts, and a processor of the data we read from your Microsoft tenant on your instructions. A data processing agreement is available on request.
2. What we process

We never read the rows in your tables or the data in your reports. The service principal's secret is stored encrypted and never shown again.
3. Who else processes it
- Microsoft Azure (Sweden Central, EU) — hosting of the service and its database.
- Microsoft (Azure Communication Services and Microsoft 365, EU data location) — account and notification e-mails.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. Where it is stored
The service and its database are hosted in the European Union, in Microsoft Azure's Sweden Central region. The marketing website is static and stores no personal data.
5. Cookies
The app sets one cookie, to keep you signed in; it is strictly necessary and needs no consent. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@fabriscope.com. For data we process for your organisation, we will pass the request to your organisation's admins. You can complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si), or the authority where you live.
